Known for her calm, organized approach, hands on leadership, and attention to detail, Colleen has built her career managing the moving pieces behind complex events. Her experience spans event strategy and planning, venue sourcing, exhibit and booth management, room blocks, attendee logistics, agencies and vendors, budgets, travel and transportation, executive and VIP experiences, on-site management, and post event wrap up.

She works closely with marketing, sales, creative, and executive teams, adapting to different organizations, personalities, priorities, and ways of working while keeping the overall program organized and moving forward.
